There are two wholly-owned subsidiary, named HK Hengyi International Enterprise Ltd. and Shenzhen Hong Xin Xu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. in Hongguang new energy company. Besides, there is also a joint venture enterprise, called Zhonggui Sona(xiamen) New Energy Co., Ltd..
